The ring looks great and it is vrry pretty. I did wish that I came with a ring box but other than that I am satisfied with the product.

The whole ordering process, the great, clear, frequent conversation following up, the cad drawing before production followed by the video of the actual ring once it was completed made the process stress free and perfect. Then when the ring came itself, man, it sparkles,it's radiant,it's clean and gorgeous. Just perfect. Ring was made timely. Then , customer service failed.Shipper messed address several times despite me confirming address, then the company tried to blame me for having a different billing address But I had the email that showed confirmed the shipping address.
